New Mexico Line Dance Instructors
This is a compilation of a survey taken from the New Mexico Line Dance Instructors and agreed upon by the Instructors::
Instructor: Organizes and plans the line dance program, selects the dances and music, can read and interpret stepsheets correctly and convey that knowledge to the students, keeps the program current, and teaches most of the time.
Assistant Instructor: Knows all the dances and can teach them as needed according to the Instructor's plan. Can step in and keep the program going when the instructor is absent.
Helper: Knows all the dances and can teach them on an individual basis to students who need extra help according to the instructor's plan. Dances walls for the instructor. Performs other duties as designated by the Instructor.
Only Instructors and Assistant Instructors may nominate dances and vote.
